1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xschon platform ("xschon", "the Service", "the Website") at xschon.ch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this Service.

2. Nature of the Service

xschon is an advertising and directory platform that enables adult service providers ("Advertisers") to publish profiles visible to adult clients. xschon does not provide escort, sexual or any other services itself. The platform merely facilitates contact between independent adult advertisers and potential clients.

All services advertised or offered via profiles on this platform are the sole responsibility of the independent advertiser. xschon bears no responsibility for any arrangements, meetings, transactions or activities that occur between advertisers and clients.

3. Age Requirement

All users and all individuals featured in any profile or advertisement on xschon must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account or viewing this Website you confirm you are 18 or older. Any account found to feature or represent persons under 18 will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Advertiser Accounts

• Advertisers must provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their profiles, including photos, descriptions and contact information.
• Each advertiser is responsible for ensuring that all persons depicted in uploaded photos have given explicit consent and are over 18.
• Advertisers may not impersonate another person or upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• xschon reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of age from any advertiser at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within 5 business days may result in profile suspension. See our Age Verification Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to profile publishing features requires payment of a monthly subscription fee ("Plan"). Plans are prepaid for 30 days and are non-refundable once the profile has been activated, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Plans do not auto-renew — advertisers must manually renew each month.

xschon reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated before the next renewal period. For full details, see our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

6. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on xschon:

• Any content involving persons under 18 years of age.
• Trafficking, coercion or non-consensual activity of any kind.
• Misleading or false information in profiles or advertisements.
• Spam, automated submissions or mass account creation.
• Solicitation of illegal activities.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Content Moderation

All profiles are reviewed before activation. xschon reserves the right to refuse, modify, deactivate or delete any profile at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Advertisers may appeal deactivation decisions by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

xschon does not verify the accuracy of advertiser profiles and makes no guarantees regarding the identity, legality, safety, quality or availability of any services advertised on the platform. xschon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. xschon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any interactions with advertisers or clients facilitated by the Service. Any meeting, transaction or activity arising from contact made through this platform is entirely at the parties' own risk.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Canton of Zürich. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich.

11. Changes to These Terms

xschon reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
