xschon is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may access, use, or be depicted on this website in any capacity.

1. Visitor Age Requirement

By entering xschon.ch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The age gate presented on your first visit is a legal declaration — falsifying this confirmation may constitute a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18, you must leave this website immediately.

2. Advertiser Age Requirement

All persons who create an advertiser account on xschon must be at least 18 years of age. All individuals depicted in any profile, photo or advertisement published on the platform must likewise be at least 18 years of age.

By creating an account, you declare and warrant that:

You are 18 or older.
Every person depicted in your uploaded photos or videos is 18 or older and has given explicit, informed consent to appear on this platform.
You possess, and will provide on request, evidence of age and consent for any depicted person.

3. Right to Request Documentation

xschon reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of age from any advertiser at any time. This may include:

A government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card or driving licence).
A signed declaration confirming the identity and age of any depicted persons.

Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation within 5 business days will result in immediate profile suspension pending review.

4. Profile Review

All new profiles and applications are manually reviewed by our moderation team before activation. Profiles are evaluated for compliance with this policy and our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

5. Reporting Suspected Underage Content

If you believe any content on this platform depicts a person under 18, please report it immediately via our Report Abuse page or by emailing admin@xschon.ch. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and investigated within 24 hours.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

xschon cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Any content suspected to depict minors will be:

Removed immediately upon identification.
Preserved as evidence if required.
Reported to the relevant Swiss and international authorities, including KOBIK (the Swiss coordination unit for cybercrime) and NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

7. Zero Tolerance

There is absolutely no tolerance for content depicting minors in any form. Accounts found in violation will be permanently banned, all associated data reported to law enforcement, and legal action pursued where possible.
