If you believe that content on xschon.ch infringes your copyright or uses your likeness without consent, please send a takedown notice to admin@xschon.ch with the subject line "Takedown Request" and include the following:
We acknowledge your notice within 48 hours of receipt.
We investigate and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content within 5 business days.
We notify the advertiser of the removal and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
You receive confirmation of the action taken.
If content was removed in error, the advertiser may submit a counter-notice to admin@xschon.ch explaining why the content does not infringe any copyright. xschon will assess counter-notices on a case-by-case basis.
xschon maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. Advertisers with multiple upheld takedown notices will be permanently banned from the platform.
Under Swiss law, every person has a right to their own image. If your photos are being used without your consent — even if you previously consented and have since withdrawn it — you may request removal via the process above. We treat image rights requests with the same urgency as copyright notices.
